Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English.

The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors have agreed to the submission.

We accept abstracts on the following core topics and emerging applications:

To encourage active participation and recognise outstanding contributions, several awards will be presented during ICAN 2027. Award recipients will receive certificates and trophies.

Awardees will be selected by the conference committee and announced during the conference.

• Best Oral Presentation Awards for Early-Career Researchers

Presented to early-career researchers who deliver outstanding oral presentations, based on scientific merit, presentation quality and audience engagement.

• Poster Awards

Awarded to presenters whose posters demonstrate excellence in scientific quality, innovation, visual communication and industrial relevance.

• ICAN Distinguished Contribution Awards

Recognising individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the conference community, research innovation, and industrial impact.

• Journal Awards
